Before and after school club

We provide:

  • A safe and well-equipped environment
  • A calm and happy atmosphere
  • Warm, consistent care
  • Quality resources and activities
  • Easy drop-off and collection
  • Delivery to and/or collection from your child’s classroom
  • Friendly and welcoming staff
  • We are able to accept childcare vouchers. (Please contact our finance department for details: 01604 978120)

Fees:

  • Breakfast Club: 7.30am – 8:45am cost £5.50 and includes a healthy breakfast, drinks and activities
  • After School Club: 3:15pm – 6pm costs £10 for the first child and includes a healthy  snack, drinks and activities (sibling rate is £8)
  • All fees payable one term in advance (6 Terms per year)
  • No refunds for illness, absence or holidays, or closure due to unforeseen circumstances

We reserve the right to charge an administration fee of £10 for late payments.

If you know that you will not be using a session, please let the Club Manager Lindsey Henderson know on 01604 495937  or  lindsey.henderson@parklandsprimary.org, giving 24 hours notice if possible.  Direct line 01604 495937 (during club hours) or the School Office line 01604 491769 (out of club hours).

Bookings and payments

We use an external provider to manage our bookings – Childcare Bookings for Schools. They provide an online booking system for our wraparound care and manage all of the associated admin.  You can access our online booking system by clicking here: parklands.cbfs.uk/.

Please note: Before making your first booking, you will firstly need to register an account. This process should take no longer than 5 minutes and requires that you provide details for:

  • The account holder (you) and your child(ren)
  • Two different emergency contacts
  • A payment card (no payment will be taken, but a card will be required to make bookings)

Once you have registered an account, you will be able to start making bookings. To do so, simply click here to log in to your online booking account parklands.cbfs.uk/and use the ‘Bookings’ dropdown menu at the top of the webpage to begin requesting your sessions.

The payment methods available are Card, Tax-Free Childcare or Childcare Vouchers.  (Please be aware if you currently pay for breakfast and after school club with childcare vouchers we will be transferring all vouchers from being paid into the Trust account to the account for Childcare Booking for Schools, effective from the 23rd July.  Please ensure that you pay any outstanding payments to Preston Hedges Trust by Friday 21st July 2023.  Non-payment may impact your ability to secure your child’s place at the schools breakfast and after school club provision)
