HOMEWORK

Homework helps to consolidate class-based learning and is sent home each Friday.

KS2 children have the option of attending homework club on a friday lunchtime if they will to complete their homework there, with the support of KS2 staff.

What to expect?

Reception & Year 1
Spellings/phonics practice and reading.

Years 2 & 3
Alongside spellings and reading, children receive one piece of homework that is either maths or spelling, punctuation and grammar (SPAG) given on a rotation of weeks.

Years 4, 5 & 6
Alongside spellings and reading, children receive weekly maths, reading and SPAG homework.
